The story

Newall Development Group are builders in Houghton le Spring doing extensions, loft and garage conversions and driveways. Their site lets homeowners pick the work they want and watch a 3D model of a house change as they answer, with a rough guide price and planning notes, so every enquiry arrives as a clear brief. Behind it sits Liam's own admin for enquiries, quotes, jobs and a private project page for each client.

The clever bit

A 3D house that builds the extension, loft or garage conversion in front of the customer as they fill in the planner, with a price range alongside.

What it does
  • Five-step project planner with a live 3D house model
  • Rough guide price that updates as you choose
  • 'Do I need planning permission?' checker in a few taps
  • Book a survey online with calendar invites
  • Online quotes clients can accept, plus a private project page
  • Owner's admin and live website editor that works on a phone
