The story

The Works asked Onesign & Digital to remove old Click & Collect and loyalty signage from 39 stores and replace it with their new 2026 artwork. This tool lays the brand's artwork over each store's survey photo, checks it against the brand team's rules, and produces a before-and-after pack for sign-off.

The clever bit

Every store's real survey photo with the proposed signage placed on it, and live rule checks so nothing off-brand reaches sign-off

What it does
  • Store-by-store list with approval status
  • Artwork shown on the real survey photo, side by side with a scaled elevation
  • Pick from the brand toolkit's approved layouts
  • Automatic checks against the client's artwork rules
  • Approval sheet per store
  • Generates a before-and-after PDF pack
