The story

Who Cares is a one-woman nails, pedicure and tinting studio in South Shields. This rebuild replaces two older apps with a calm, modern site where clients see real free times and book in under a minute, plus an admin area for the owner. The database itself makes double-booking impossible, and cancelling a booking gives the slot back.

The clever bit

Double-booking made structurally impossible in the database, with cancellations returning their slot automatically

What it does
  • Book treatments in under a minute from live availability
  • Nothing to pay up front, with optional deposits
  • Service menu, gallery, FAQ and visit pages
  • Client accounts to see and manage appointments
  • Owner admin: diary, pause bookings, services
  • Booking confirmations and reminders by email
