The story

Restaurants pay OpenTable, ResDiary or Collins every month, and OpenTable charges per network cover on top. The Tables kit is the venue's own bookings and staff dashboard: online booking with deposits and prepaid set menus, a drag-and-drop floor plan, a phone-first diary, a guest book with email campaigns, and the menus and hours that feed its website.

The clever bit

A complete OpenTable-style restaurant system with a drag-and-drop floor plan that the venue owns outright, with no per-cover fees

What it does
  • Restaurant bookings with deposits, prepaid set menus and card guarantees
  • Drag-and-drop floor plan and phone-first service diary
  • Menus, sold-out dishes, allergens and opening hours for the venue's website
  • Guest book, waitlist, email campaigns and booking texts
  • Salon kit (deposits, no-show fees, reminders) and Jobs kit (quotes, job sheets, invoices)
  • One-click full export and imports from OpenTable, Booksy, Tradify and Jobber
