The story

Built for Cam Fyvie, a one-person personal trainer at a gym in South Shields. One app replaces the WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and booking juggling: new people book a free session, clients book and log their training, food and progress, and Cam gets a four-minute screen between sessions showing who is next, who owes a health check and where the money is.

The clever bit

A switch at the top flips between visitor, client and coach, and actions in one (a booking, a logged set) appear live in the others, so the whole business can be demoed in a browser.

What it does
  • Book a free first session in three steps
  • Clients book sessions, see pack balance and cancellation cut-off
  • Log sets with last time's numbers, rest timer and personal bests
  • Progress charts: weight trend, bests and muscle groups worked
  • Food plan and UK-guidance food map
  • Coach's Today screen, diary, client roster, content planner and money view
