The story

Soft play centres and family attractions rent ROLLER for timed sessions, parties, waivers and a till, on quote-only prices that reviewers say keep rising. The Tickets kit is the venue's own copy: families book sessions and parties online, staff check them in at the desk, sell walk-ins on the till and see every site in one set of reports.

The clever bit

A full ROLLER-style desk and booking system that runs two sites from one copy, with no per-device licences

What it does
  • Timed sessions: term-time, holiday, toddler and quiet sessions with capacity
  • Parties priced per child, with room turnaround, food choices and a kitchen sheet
  • Memberships, waivers and gift cards
  • Desk check-in that stops unpaid or unsigned bookings; walk-in till
  • Multi-site reports: children per day, busiest slots, money taken
  • No booking fee for families
