The story

Salons pay Phorest, Timely or Booksy every month, and Fresha and Booksy take up to 30% from clients they call "new". The Salon kit gives each salon its own branded website and booking system, with deposits, no-show fees, text reminders and a studio app on the owner's phone. It imports clients from Booksy and Fresha, and it already runs in production as Who Cares.

The clever bit

The owner's whole day on one screen, with the next client, the balance to take and the photo to take, and no commission on any booking

What it does
  • Deposits, card on file, no-show and late-cancel fees
  • Text reminders from the salon's own account at cost
  • Booksy and Fresha import, one-click full export
  • Multiple staff, repeat appointments, gift vouchers
  • Patch-test and consent records
  • A real branded website, which neither Booksy nor Fresha builds
