The story

Roofers, window cleaners and fire firms pay Tradify, Jobber or Commusoft per user, every month, for quotes, job sheets and invoices. The Jobs kit gives the business its own copy: good/better/best quotes the customer accepts online with a deposit, a schedule for the team, a job sheet on each operative's phone, and VAT invoices that export to Xero. One upfront fee, and it never costs more when they hire.

The clever bit

The customer accepts a quote from a link, pays the deposit, and the job appears on the schedule, with no per-user fee

What it does
  • Good / better / best quotes with an accept link, signature and Stripe deposit
  • Week schedule with several operatives per job and a double-booking warning
  • Operative job sheet on a phone: arrival, photos, materials, customer sign-off
  • VAT invoices with gapless numbering, part payments and credit notes
  • Recurring rounds and servicing, certificates and forms
  • Tradify and Jobber import, Xero / QuickBooks export, full export
For
UK trades with 2 to 10 people: roofing, windows and gutters, fire protection, building
