The story

Wedding venues and private-hire rooms pay Perfect Venue, Tripleseat or Event Temple in dollars every month, plus a cut of every payment. The Events kit is the venue's own: couples check a date and enquire, the venue sends a priced proposal, holds the date, gets the agreement e-signed and collects deposits and instalments, and the couple plans numbers, menus and the running order on their own page.

The clever bit

From first enquiry to signed contract and paid deposit in one owned system, without the 0.5% payment cut

What it does
  • Date checker and enquiry form on the venue's website
  • Priced proposals, date holds and e-signed hire agreements
  • Deposit and instalment payment schedules
  • Planning page for the couple: numbers, menus, dietary needs, running order
  • Reports: enquiry sources, conversion, value booked
  • Calendar across every space
