The story

Eat & Sleep Lindisfarne runs a bistro, bunkhouse and cabins near Holy Island in Northumberland, popular with walkers, cyclists and bikers. The old site was a dated page builder with bookings lost to commission-charging travel sites. This rebuild keeps every word of the real content, adds a bold sign-inspired brand, clear pages for each part of the business, and a plan for direct bookings.

The clever bit

A hard-edged gold-and-plum design lifted straight from the business's road signs, applied to a full content-faithful rebuild with a direct-booking strategy.

What it does
  • Bold brand taken from the client's own signage
  • Pages for the bunkhouse, new shepherd huts, bistro and out-and-about guide
  • Direct booking page
  • 19 local search landing pages carried over
  • FAQ and contact pages
  • Redirect plan to keep existing search rankings
